Who is Scraping Penguins?

We are a globally distributed engineering team part of AoX DEV EIRL based in the Dominican Republic. Our team has over 30 years of cumulative experience in data scraping, software development, and data engineering. Our work has earned us the title of top rated in Upwork, with our company completing 20 projects in the past year and 60 total international projects since our founding. Utilizing our team’s technical expertise, this year we have been able to build our own in-house proxy service, which we are excited to be offering as a subscription service in the near-future.

Penguins are the perfect mascot to represent the stealth needed to data scrape effectively, as their black and white coloration is camouflage in the ocean. When seen from below, their white bellies blend in with the light-colored surface water. When seen from above, their black backs blend in with the dark colors of the deep ocean. Penguins also possess the ability to porpoise, or skim across the surface of the water through a series of leaps. This allows penguins to efficiently move through the water without slowing down to surface for air.
